For all referrals and correspondence:
A valid referral from a medical practitioner is necessary for a patient to claim a benefit from Medicare.
Referrals and other clinical correspondence can be sent to us:
(1) by fax to (08) 8432 2431 or
(2) by email to info@youthscope.com.au
Alternatively, your patient can forward the referral letter to us themselves prior to or during their consultation.
