1. Correct time zone. The default time zone is South Australian time. Outside SA, you must change the displayed time zone to your own location before choosing an appointment time.

2. Payment details. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking. The stored details will allow quick processing of payment after your appointment. We also use them to charge a no-show or late cancellation fee. Your payment details are encrypted and stored securely by our payment provider, and cannot be accessed by us.

Please note: Concessional patients who are "bulk billed" are also required to enter payment details because a no-show or late cancellation fee may still apply.

3. Standard appointment. A standard follow-up appointment is a 30-minute consultation.

4. A confirmation email is sent to you shortly after a successful booking. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us directly to check that the appointment has been made.
