Dr Raphael Chan
Raphael is a psychiatrist with experience in helping children, teenagers and young adults with emotional, behavioural, developmental and/or learning difficulties. Raphael completed his medical degree at Sydney University prior to undertaking specialist training in psychiatry. After working in both the public and the private mental health sectors in New South Wales, he relocated to South Australia in 2023 and started Youthscope Consulting as a Telehealth psychiatry practice.
