Raphael is a psychiatrist with experience in helping children, teenagers and young adults with emotional, behavioural, developmental and/or learning difficulties. After working in both the public and the private mental health sectors in New South Wales for many years, he relocated to South Australia in 2023 and started Youthscope Consulting as a Telehealth psychiatry practice.
